Research Analyst
David Debly is Halifax-based industrial and organizational psychology specialist with expertise in the fields of statistics and research methods. He possesses a unique set of skills and knowledge that enable him to effectively address the challenges faced by modern businesses.
The research he conducted while earning his Master of Science Degree In Industrial and Organizational Applied Psychology from Saint Mary’s University focused on organizational leadership, allowing him to become an expert in understanding and analyzing leadership behaviors within various organizational contexts. David strives to utilize his expertise to enhance leadership development programs and promote a positive and productive work environment. He has expertise in areas such as personnel selection, training and development, and assessment development.
David has a strong passion for social development which lead him to support a project which aimed to empower low-wage individuals in the construction and manufacturing sectors, as a crucial member of the evaluation team. He also contributed to a project which aims to improve housing assistance across Canada, by conducting research management activities.
Previously David worked as a freelance research analyst where he collaborated with clients in healthcare, education, e-commerce, engineering, and non-profits focused on supporting female owned business. David is enthusiastic about providing evidence-based solutions to clients by incorporating research and evaluation into strategic plans.
At ATN, David leverages his combination of practical experience and his academic background to conduct research and develop strategies which help communities and organizations thrive.
Prior to receiving his Masters, David completed a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Saint Mary’s University (2020).
