ATN’s growth continues

ATN Strategies is pleased to announce several important additions and changes to its leadership and research team that will strengthen the firm’s work in community partnerships, engagement, and evidence-based decision-making across Atlantic Canada and beyond.

ATN is delighted to welcome Lezlie Lowe as Senior Director, Partnership and Transformation, where she will lead ATN’s new Communities, Partnerships, Outreach and Communications practice. Lezlie is an accomplished author, journalist, journalism instructor, and strategy and communications advisor with more than 20 years of experience sharing stories and helping organizations and individuals convey their stories effectively. Lezlie brings to ATN a proven ability to distill complex information into clear, audience-focused stories and a strong commitment to inclusive, accessible conversations on public policy.

ATN also announces an expanded leadership role for Jillian Ramsay, who takes on the role of Senior Director, Engagement and Insights. Jillian will lead ATN’s expanded engagement practice, building on her track record of facilitating engagement sessions, stakeholder interviews, and workshops across Atlantic Canada. A legally trained, seasoned researcher with a background in marketing, finance, and government, Jillian combines strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of critical and often contentious sectors such as aquaculture and health care.

To support the continued growth of ATN’s engagement and research capacity, ATN is pleased to welcome Addie Burkam as a Research Analyst, with a specific focus on engagement. Addie is a skilled project coordinator with a strong background in the social and environmental impacts of climate change, municipal affairs, and community resilience.

“These changes represent an important investment in ATN’s ability to support communities and clients through thoughtful, evidence-based engagement and clear, effective communication,” said Waye Mason, President of ATN Strategies. “Lezlie, Jillian, and Addie each bring unique strengths that will help us deepen our partnerships, enhance our outreach, and deliver even more impactful results for the organizations and communities we serve.”
