Using advanced data analysis and industry cluster mapping, ATN identified high-potential sectors including ocean technology, advanced manufacturing, life sciences, and sustainable aquaculture.

Through direct engagement with local stakeholders and industry leaders, ATN provided actionable recommendations that align regional strengths with global opportunities. The strategy now guides Pictou County in targeting investments, leveraging its skilled workforce, and fostering innovation-driven growth.
