Jon Duke is Executive Vice President at ATN, where he helps organizations develop the clarity, focus, and purpose needed to move forward with confidence.
With over 20 years of experience, Jon has worked alongside more than a hundred organizations across virtually every sector - from provincial and federal government departments and crown corporations to municipalities, professional associations, private companies, and publicly traded enterprises. His work focuses on helping leadership teams cut through complexity to make evidence-based decisions and accelerate execution.
A practitioner of behavioural economics, Jon brings a distinctive lens to organizational challenges: understanding not just what organizations should do, but how to create the conditions for people and institutions to actually change. This has informed engagements spanning strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, organizational transformation, and behaviour change across a wide range of industries and mandates.
Jon was named a Top 50 Under 40 Innovative Leader in Atlantic Canada and has served on several boards, including as Chair of Choices for Youth and as a board member with the NLCU. He currently serves on the Dean's Advisory Board for Memorial University's Faculty of Business. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Memorial University and is completing an MBA from Queen Mary, University of London.
