Gillian Doucet Campbell (MA, CFRE) is the Founder and Principal Consultant at Impact Generosity, bringing more than 15 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, fundraising strategy, and organizational development. She works with small to mid-sized charities and foundations across Canada to strengthen fundraising capacity, deepen donor relationships, and translate strategy into practical implementation that delivers sustainable results.
Throughout her career, Gillian has held senior advancement and fundraising roles in education, faith-based, and community organizations, including leadership positions with, Anglcian Church of Canada, the Anglican Diocese of Niagara, Hamilton District Christian High School, and iDE Canada. In these roles, she led comprehensive fundraising programs spanning annual giving, major gifts, grants, sponsorships, and legacy giving while developing systems that strengthen donor stewardship and long-term organizational sustainability.
As Founder of Impact Generosity, Gillian partners with nonprofit leaders to address common fundraising challenges such as limited capacity, unclear strategy, and inconsistent donor engagement. Her approach combines organizational analysis with practical implementation—assessing fundraising landscapes, developing clear and achievable plans, and working alongside staff and boards to implement systems and campaigns that build lasting capacity.
Gillian is known for integrating strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Her work emphasizes relationship-centered fundraising, donor motivation, and fostering cultures of generosity within organizations and communities. A Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE), Gillian holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Providence Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Arts in Women’s Studies from York University. She serves on the boards of Abundance Canada and Atlantic School of Theology and is an active member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals.
